“Sometimes, you just need to hear that you’re enough.  Which doesn’t mean that sometimes you don’t also need to hear yeah, you could be better.”

About Me

I've always been captivated by possibility: turning ingredients into dinner, clay into a functional vessel, an empty afternoon into an adventure. I've always been drawn to what something can become. But the possibility I find most compelling is the potential I see in other people.

For over 15 years, I've navigated the dynamic landscape of nonprofit leadership, specializing in team and program development. Amidst the strategic planning, budgeting, and program implementation, I discovered my true passion: partnering with leaders at every level to foster personal and professional growth. For me, leadership transcends titles – it's about how we show up in the world, how we ignite change, and how we empower others to do the same.

My journey of growth has been fueled by a curiosity about effective leadership, interpersonal communication, and personal development. From managing teams to facilitating trainings, I've honed a diverse toolkit aimed at nurturing individual and collective potential. One tool that stands out is the DISC assessment, which I've found invaluable for enhancing interpersonal communication and fostering appreciation for diverse perspectives.

Recognizing my calling to support fellow changemakers in their quest for meaningful impact, I embarked on a transformative journey to become a certified leadership coach at Brown University. This process has deepened my ability to listen empathetically, be fully present, and guide others through their own evolution. I'm proud to hold the credentials of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

Beyond my professional journey, I bring the richness of my diverse experiences and passions to coaching. I’m an idealist, a circus mom, a wife, a potter, and a proud member of the 50 states club. I’ve worked at shelters for the unhoused, cooked at monasteries and fancy restaurants, and built wooden boats in Maine. I love houseplants, audiobooks, yoga, kettlebells, cider donuts, weekend getaways, neighborhood walks, and a great cooking project.
